ABOUT

I obtained my doctoral degree in the field of Organizational Behavior in 2013 at the Institute of Professor Picot for Information, Organization, and Management at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich with overseas stays at the University of California Los Angeles and the Northwestern University.

After my graduation I got a scholarship from the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi) to identify prototypical process patterns to develop enhanced organizational design structures. I tested the results in an iterative approach with my clients in the fields: Future of Work, New Workplaces and Digitization. I combine my scientific research with guidelines from Systemic Organizational Development (DGTA) and Transactional Analysis (DGTA).
