ABOUT
I obtained my doctorate in organizational behavior at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. My research focused on trust, social status, power dynamics, and conflicts in leadership.
I collaborated with colleagues at the Anderson School of Management at the University of California in Los Angeles for my work on social status and power. I also expanded my research at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, deepening my knowledge of team composition and social network theory.
To apply this theoretical knowledge, I became certified by the German Association for Transactional Analysis (DGTA).
