ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR

The Beauty of Complextity.

Organizational Behavior is an interdisciplinary field. The interest lies in analyzing how people behave as individuals, how their behavior changes in a team and how this team dynamic is imbedded in an organization. Possible answers for a change in behavior lie in the difference on how people perceive themselves, others, a situation or a certain task. Furthermore, the way people think may differ, in certain interactions or tasks and the way people feel about a certain event e.g. a change project may differ.

Dr. Cassandra Riedl focuses on how people build up trustful relationships and how they raise their influence in a certain team or organization.
