Organizational Prototyping.

Before I set up a strategic concept, I develop a new scientific model coming from the field of Organizational Behavior, I analyze my clients‘ HR data and develop an organizational prototype. The prototype is used to visualize the compostion of states or global organizations with the purpose of giving practical implications in the field of Systemic Organizational Development.

My TA degree is certified from the DGTA (German Association for Transactional Analysis).
