In 2016 the Freudenberg Service KG chose the structure of a learning organization. Employees started to create a new way of working that felt different than before, that gave space for a meaningful daily work life that they themselves could co-create. My role in this process was to develop a research model that would measure the outcome of the new systemic approach and to document the whole transformational process in a case study fomat. The results were presented in front of the Senior Leadership Team, the works council, and all 400 employees.
