To present a strategic concept for virtual leadership in front of several Think Tank Partners such as adidas, TREND ONE, and vitra, I have visited the BASF headquarter. Leading virtually has an influence on the leader’s perceived social status and power relation in the team and the organization. To build and to keep trust among team members needs a precise knowledge of the team dynamic and the subconscious needs that occur in the respective setting. Regarded were different techniques e.g. augmented reality and virtual reality settings and also possible future leader rooms to perform in.
